what did i do this weekend?

this past weekend was pretty relaxing and fun...

friday night eric and i just stayed in since it was kinda raining. we stayed home and watched "wicker park." i've seen it before but i wanted to see it again and have eric watch it. it's a pretty interesting movie... actually makes you think about what is going on.

saturday, i went to work and did some over time. it was cool... i worked 6 hours and the day actually went by pretty quickly. i had lunch w/ nette, jerry, pete and miriam. we ended up having an hour lunch at work since jerry and pete had me, nette, and miriam try to figure out a riddle. it took over an hour and gave me a headache! it really hurts to think. after lunch, we decided to get together later that evening. i invited everyone over dinner and games. i decided to make an asian themed dinner with gyoza, chicken siu mai, edamame, beef w/ ginger and soy, chicken w/ yoshida sauce, potatoes w/ soy sauce, and mochi ice cream for dessert. dinner went well and afterwards we played cranium. that is one of the best games. we played in 3 teams of three. the teams were me, pete, and eric, then sheryl, des, and cinco. and then nette, miriam, and may. it was pretty fun. we didn't finish the game cause it just took so long. let's just say that pete, eric and i won.

sunday, i did absolutely nothing! i slept in and then eric and i just watched college basketball all afternoon. we decided we needed to get out around 4 so we had dinner at the burmese restaurant in alameda. i'm so happy that's open again. the food is soooooooooo good!

now it's another week. back to work. bleh! oh and it's raining so much. what happened to the nice weather?! oh... one more thing, happy first day of spring!
