happy holidays!

i can't believe christmas is here! time really flew by these past few weeks. i swear thanksgiving was just yesterday... i can still remember eating all that turkey and mashed potatoes!

i am happy to say that i am FINALLY done christmas shopping... i had a lot of fun shopping this year and having a little extra money this year made it a lot more fun. i hope that everyone likes their gifts...

this past tuesday was eric's birthday. he didn't really want to do anything big so we just just had dinner... or two. on his actual birthday, we went to downtown sf cause he wanted to go to cheesecake factory, but the wait was 2 hours! yikes! so we decided to go elsewhere cause there is no way we were going to wait 2 hours just to sit down! so we walked around and decided to go to bucca di peppo! yum!!!! it's a really good place but not if it's just two people! we ordered a little pizza with shrimp on it and it was really, really good and an entree called quatro al forno, which is a sampler of all their baked pastas. it was really good but it was enough food to feed four people! it was a nice dinner and nice to just hang out with eric cause we don't go out too often anymore. last night we went to le cheval to have dinner with the roomie (a.k.a. mark), warren, olivia, alan, rowena, chris and cliff. it was just a small dinner but it was nice to see eric's friends since we don't get a chance to see them often. after a lot of food, we decided to head to fenton's! mmmm... ice cream! it really hit the spot even though it was 50 degrees outside! i think that eric had a good birthday and he loved his gifts! i got him the seinfeld dvds and a members only jacket. he also got an rei gift card and a gift certificate from amoeba... hello shopping!

well i will update more later... tonight we're all going out to suite 181 for a party that cliff is doing. it sounds like fun... we haven't gone out in a while so it will definitely be fun!
