year end party

so this past weekend was my company's year end party. it was at the riptide arcade at pier 39. it was pretty fun. it was cool to see everyone outside of work and everyone was in good spirits, giggly and happy. well maybe that was the case cause it was open bar! yes, it was open bar! i didn’t take advantage cause i don’t like to drink anyway and i just wasn’t in the mood.

so the party was at an arcade, sounds weird but it was fun. ALL the games were FREE! so we played a lot of the games, like dance, dance revolution, jurassic park, racing games, air hockey, basketball, skee ball, and even those games where you put tokens in and then the tokens fall and you get a lot of tickets.

we also got caricatures drawn of ourselves and it was funny cause it was hard to keep a straight face! there was also a dance floor in the back but we didn’t dance cause it was crowded and stuffy and plus my feet were killing me by the end of the night! oh! i almost forgot! there was a food (yummy-garlic mashed potatoes!) and a chocolate fountain! i wish i took a picture of it but they had a fountain of chocolate! they had strawberries on a stick, marshmallows, bread, caramels to dip in the fountain! it was really yummy!!! i wanted to put my fingers in the chocolate!!

overall we had a good time and i thought it was fun to play games and hang out with the dizons, nannette, and mark. with all the candy and games, i felt like a kid in a candy store! ahh... good times, good times!
